Total Processing are a fast-growing Fintech company that offers custom payment solutions across e-commerce and in-store channels worldwide. The company's rapid growth and expanding needs made it challenging to maintain the security of their internal systems and ensure secure remote working. To overcome these challenges, Total Processing partnered with Yobah, a managed security services provider, to upgrade their security posture and implement a robust security baseline that would scale with the company's growth.
Total Processing's rapid growth and evolving needs meant that their in-house IT team was increasingly overburdened. The company was facing several challenges, including maintaining a secure collaboration environment for employees, who were working remotely from multiple devices, and staying up to date with the latest security standards and best practices. Additionally, the fast-paced expansion made it challenging for the company to quickly deploy the latest technologies and devices for its employees.
Total Processing has scaled rapidly over the last two years and having Yobah as our managed services partner has been an important part of this journey. Their experience in the finance tech space has helped us build a secure and scalable IT infrastructure across all of our offices.

Yobah started by performing a platform security review to validate Total Processing's security posture and align it with their existing InfoSec strategy. The security posture was then hardened to meet CIS industry standards, and a roadmap was recommended and delivered to assist with Total Processing's regulatory requirements.
Yobah also developed a full Windows 11 build that was delivered via Autopilot, allowing employees to securely work from anywhere, on any device. The build was integrated with Defender for endpoint protection, and the company's technology was transformed into a service offering, making it easier to deploy the latest secure build. This was backed up by assisting with company policies, access controls, and security measures.
To improve identity governance, Yobah implemented AzureAD and key security controls, enabling Total Processing to offer conditional access and single sign-on across their SaaS estate. With a centralised identity platform, their joiner/mover and leaver process was simplified, giving peace of mind that employee and contract identities were governed, and only have access to what they need.
Alongside the security controls, Yobah also provided a full bespoke Backup-as-a-Service package, which automated secure backups of company-wide, cloud-hosted data. These were aligned to Total Processing's RTO/RPO requirements, and manual backup runs for added peace of mind.
