Welcome to another edition of Yobah Life, this time around we’re taking you behind the scenes to meet our team! Whilst our core team is a small (yet perfectly formed!) group, we also work with a range of skilled and experienced associates and over the next few editions of Yobah Life, we’ll be introducing you to them and us!
This time we’re meeting BDM Alex Jenner
Who are you?
I’m Alex, and I recently joined Yobah as Business Development Manager in order to build on the hard work the team have already done.
What’s your background?
After leaving college I fell into the motor trade, initially in the aftermarket but the last 5 years I have spent working my up through the ranks at Mercedes, most recently in the Market Area BDM role.
What does your day usually look like?
What’s your favourite thing about Yobah Life?
First of all, the challenge. This is something I strive on, I am looking forward to getting to know the team and the customers, and finding out how I can help. The flexibility and approach to work are refreshing, and the ethos of the team is really exciting!
Most likely to be on your playlist?
Eclectic is the word I’m going for, everything from Indie to rap, classic rock, and occasionally even a bit of classical. As a former drummer, as long as I can tap away on the desk I’m happy.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Growing up I always wanted to join the police force, looking back I’m not sure I would have been a good fit though!
