Yobah is small on purpose. A boutique consultancy where the people advising you are the people who have designed identity platforms, cloud estates and security functions before, and who are still there when the work is being built.
We exist because a particular kind of business keeps getting badly served. A fintech scaling quickly, holding customer money, answering to the FCA, and being asked hard security questions by every enterprise buyer it wants on the books. Too big for the advice it started with, too small to interest a large consultancy except as somewhere to train people at your expense.
What those firms need is not a methodology deck and a pyramid of juniors. It is somebody senior who has done this before, who will say what to fix first and what can wait, and who will still be there at the end. That is the whole of our offer: cyber security strategy, identity and access management, and the Microsoft workplace underneath both.
Being small does not mean being limited. Behind the core team sits an extensive network of associate specialists, people we have delivered alongside and would put in front of any client without hesitating. When a piece of work needs particular depth, we bring in somebody we already trust rather than whoever happens to be free.
