The Challenge
After an initial CloudAccelerate Programme, it was determined that Solvings key business drivers focused on a ‘cloud first’ approach, that would remove their reliance on on-premises infrastructure, and to improve end user experience. Key challenges that were highlighted include:
- Ageing Hardware close to a refresh cycle
- Intermittent loss to services due to ISP
- Flexible workforce needing mobility

How we Helped
Yobah worked with the Solvings IT team to build out their Office365 tenant and migrating key services including Sharepoint, Exchange Email and Skype for Business. Enabling these functions gave some key benefits to their organisation:
- Solvings could scale their IT user base as project needs grew
- Their users could work from anywhere with an internet connection
- Email services migrated to the latest version of Exchange
- Business processes were automated using Sharepoint
