Our New Website
In line with the growth of our business and our client base, we wanted a website that told our customers exactly what we were about and the types of projects we deliver for our clients, we’re really pleased with the results and we hope you’ll take a further look around (after you’ve read this blog of course! Our website will continue to evolve so if there’s something you’d like to see then please do let us know!
Simplifying the customer journey
Whilst we’ve been redeveloping our website we’ve also invested significantly in our internal systems to make our customer journey more simple. Our business is all about providing solutions, making things work and keeping them secure and so when our clients are interacting with us and when we’re providing them with our services, we want that to be as simple as possible.
A New Home and new team members
We’re a Manchester business born and bred and in 2019 we found a new home on John Dalton Street in the fantastic WeWork Building, it’s a great space surrounded by creativity and growing businesses and the perfect spot to house our newly grown team having welcomed a Cloud Systems Engineer to the team earlier in the year to support our Managed Services clients and capability.
Launched a new product
The world of work has changed and we’re operating in a more flexible way than ever before, in response to this demand from our clients we launched ‘ Managed Workplace’ packaging together our extensive knowledge and the best security tooling into an easy to consume and managed platform for employees covering remote working, bring your own device and security as standard. Secured two major service deals
In 2019 we began work with two new major clients, specialist debt purchasers Azzurro Associates and a brand new challenger bank to the market, both were huge client wins for our business. Our work with Azzurro involved an audit of their current infrastructure and a review of existing and emerging solutions within the Azure Technology stack, followed by which we were able to embark upon a journey of development, migration, expansion and progression that delivered on agreed client goals. And as for our challenger bank client – well that’s still under wraps but let’s just say it’s been quite a journey so far!
Became a Microsoft Gold Managed Service Partner
We’re proud of the quality of our work and consider ourselves a trusted partner to all of our clients but we know that when it comes to security and credentials being recognised as the best provides extra confidence when clients need it. We were delighted to become a Microsoft Gold Managed Service Partner cementing our expertise and competencies in this area, to achieve this accreditation our team worked to achieve various requirements including focusing on staff certification, performance and delivery for our clients and case studies and feedback from our customers.
We grew our turnover by close to 500%
We’re a small business at heart which believes in the personal touch, but we know that business growth requires a big dose of ambition and a lot of hard work and we’ve got that in spades, we’ve grown our turnover by close to 500% which has allowed us to develop our business, grow our team and create better client experiences and we’ve no intentions of stopping there.
